BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS.

Bookings for Graze Boxes must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance unless otherwise stated.

All payments must be made in full at time of booking.  Your booking is not secured until payment has been received.  You will receive a confirmation once payment is received.

For Graze Platters and Tables, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice. A 10% deposit must be paid at time of booking to secure the date.  The final balance must be paid 10 days prior to your event.

Due to increasing supplier costs, we can only guarantee prices for 6 months. We will give you one month’s notice of any price increases that may occur once your deposit is paid.

ALLERGENS

All allergens need to be notified at time of booking, however we cannot accommodate special allergy requests due to high risk of contamination.  If you or your guests have a severe allergy, please be aware that we cannot guarantee if a product is completely free of traces of the main allergens listed below:

  • Celery
  • Wheat, rye, barley and oats
  • Eggs
  • Lupin
  • Milk
  • Mustard
  • Nuts
  • Peanuts
  • Sesame seeds
  • Soybeans
  • Sulphur dioxide and sulphites

Oxford Grazing Co are not responsible for any adverse reactions to our food if we have not been forewarned of any allergies or dietary requirements in the booking process.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS

Customers can cancel their order within a 24 hour ‘grace period’ after booking.  Beyond this, we do not offer refunds once a booking is confirmed. In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfil your order you would get a 100% refund. Any amendments to your booking must be confirmed in writing at least 5 days in advance although no refunds can be made at this stage.

COLLECTIONS

We do not charge for collections from our premises in Abingdon. Collection of orders must be made within 30 minutes of your allocated time slot you chose at time of booking.  If a change of collection time is required please call to arrange this as soon as possible. We will let you know if there is a delay in your order. 

​DELIVERY

Free delivery is available to OX14 post codes for orders over £30.   Delivery outside of this area will incur a 75p per mile surcharge. Collection is FREE.  Delivery times are not guaranteed and someone must be in to receive the order.  We are unable to leave any orders without a handover due to the cold chain and maintaining quality of many of the products we use in our boxes.

PRIVACY AND DATA

By accepting our terms and conditions you will automatically be added to our customer database so you can receive all the latest news and offers from Oxford Grazing Co. Your information will be stored securely and never shared with a third party.  If you wish to opt out of our customer database please let us know.  We will always keep a record of our customer details and order details for a minimum of 4 weeks,  After 4 weeks all details will be deleted unless you have signed up to our customer database.
